The name CP2C3 is a recursive acronym that stands for “Critical Path Project Controls Consulting Company”.  The number 2 represents that there are two letters of c and the number 3 represents that there are three letters of p.

In Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, the Critical Path represents the logically connected chain of schedule activity events that determines the end date of a project.  The idea in the naming of the company is to represent that it is our mission to help customers focus on the main drivers of projects to facilitate on time and on budget project completions.  

We have an Oracle Primavera P6 Implementation Specialist with both corporate enterprise & mega-program implementation experience on staff.

We are registered in the State of Texas as a HUB entity.
